Superior Hose & Fittings Warranty & Return Policy

Superior Hose & Fittings warrants its products and assemblies against failure due to defects in materials and workmanship and errors in specifications made by our Company for the period of one year from date of delivery.

This is a limited warranty including a limitation of remedies policy. Individual components used in an assembly are subject to commercial pass through.

Warranty claims should be directed to Superior Hose & Fittings sales representative or directly to the repair/return department of this company. After preliminary review of the request for action, RA # will be issued with instructions of where to return the part or assembly in question. Units submitted for evaluation are initially inspected here on the premises to determine if the repair can be processed at our shop in an expedient and cost effective manner. You will be notified before any repairs, not covered under warranty are initiated. At that time, you may choose to have the item repaired at your cost or returned to you.

Material damaged during shipping due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for warranty repair or replacement. All freight incurred is the sole responsibility of the customer. Allowances may be made in some cases for manufacturer’s defects by the manufacturers themselves. Superior Hose & Fittings. and the manufacturers represented shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Dismantling the product, use of the product beyond the published capabilities or for purposes other than that for which the product was designed, shall void any warranty.
